A common complaint about Mistral AI and EU-AI is that they're far from SOTA (State of the art, e.g. like Claude Fable or ChatGPT).

However, unless you're deep into full agentic flows and harnesses,

You often don't truly need SOTA models.

On top of that, most agentic tools are not without problems even though many startups will try to mislead you about their reliability.

In the long-term, contrary to others, I'd not recommend you to build on full agentic solutions, and I'd overall recommend staying closer to building more deterministic (EU-AI) workflows for more specific jobs instead.
