Here's what I underestimated about the LinkedIn strategy of posting 8-15x a day:

All your previous posts (perhaps from even days ago) still also get views and engagement.

So the reward LinkedIn gives you for doing this is not 2x or 3x, but exponential.

So if you are still in team skeptic, you're welcome to stay there with most others,

But for those that really want to change their reach, I could really recommend you to start posting 8-15x a day too.
